CareTime was founded by Patti Yancey, RN, CMC, ALCA Member. Patti has been caring for the elderly in Ocala and the surrounding areas for over 25 years.

Patti is an expert in the field of home health and geriatric case management.

She is a certified care manager, through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers and Geriatric Care Managers and a Member of ALCA – the Aging Life Care Association. Her life long personal and professional relationships in the local area are an asset to her clients.

Patti’s passion has always been to improve the quality of life for our elderly citizens. Our specialty is 24/7 care and everything in between, WE have a large staff of professional caregivers waiting to make your life easier. 

Patti is a healthcare entrepreneur; she and her husband Carl founded a Medicare agency, which continues today as a premier home care agency in Ocala and surrounding areas. As an executive director for a large, publicly traded home health company, she covered the North Central Florida area, successfully transitioned large acquisitions and built her market into the top performing agencies for the company in quality and customer satisfaction.

Brittany Roberts, BHA, is our assistant administrator who has worked with CareTime since 2017.

She began as a caregiver for our clients and loved it. Brittany’s passion for the elderly began in high school when she volunteered at the local hospitals in hopes of working in the healthcare field after college. She graduated nursing school in 2016 from the College of Central Florida, but realized her best skills were in organization and management, so she set off on her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration/Management. She became the assistant administrator after her graduation in 2018 and has continued to help our clients get the help they need with the best matched caregivers.

Brittany is an awesome and amazing young woman with a heart of Gold! We are so glad she chose to be on our team.

CareTime’s RN certified case managers, along with an experienced team of compassionate, competent, licensed nursing assistants, and others, provide the bridge that enables your loved ones to be cared for in the comfort and familiar surroundings of home. We provide a free in home comprehensive assessment to determine a plan specifically designed to meet the clients needs. Our staff are licensed, insured, experienced, and go through a rigorous training process so that you are assured of the best fit for your loved one.
